Sue Couper, MBA, ACC (Cohort #20)As a professional coach Sue Couper draws on knowledge acquired during 30 years as business leader. Throughout her career as a consultant for a large international professional services firm, she advised executives, managers, and entrepreneurs and developed a deep understanding of the qualities shared by effective leaders. The lessons she learned during her 30 years as a consultant informs her coaching and leadership development approach. As a coach, Sue nudges her clients to stretch, take risks, and holds them accountable to achieve their personal and professional goals. For over twenty years, Jennifer focused on building thriving teams and organizations while working in marketing for organizations including Microsoft and The Associated Press. Most recently, Jennifer led the Marketing and Consumer Business Community Team inside Microsoft, where she developed a strong vision around leadership coaching and partnered with SeattleCoach to develop the Coaching for Leaders program. Jennifer is now following her passion as an entrepreneurial coach, focusing on helping her clients create more purpose and meaning in their lives. As a SeattleCoach faculty member, Jennifer brings her convictions, talents and experience in building "coaching cultures" to the coaches she trains and develops.

Annemarie joined Microsoft in 2007 and spent her early career in media and analyst relations. Today, she is a member of the Marketing and Consumer Business (MCB) Community Team which ensures timely and relevant internal communications and events, and delivers high-value training and professional development. Through an onboarding program for new employees and an org-wide awards program, Annemarie seeks to help employees understand the Microsoft Culture transformation, and to create the kind of organization where everyone can do their best work.

Mark Meadows, ACC (Cohort #13) (Emeritus for now)Mark is the Organization Development Director for three divisions at Microsoft. He focuses on organizational change, culture, leadership development and team effectiveness. His passion is helping individuals, teams and organizations realize their potential, through his experience in coaching and organization development.

Mark earned his coaching certification from SeattleCoach, his MS in organization development from American University, and his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. |
Bronson Edwards, MS, PCC (Cohort #14) (Emeritus for now)Bronson is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and ICF Mentor Coach with over 15 years of cross-sector leadership experience. He works with individuals and teams to sharpen their presence; develop crisp roadmaps; establish accountability and support structures; and accelerate personal and professional growth through their applied learning.
Bronson is a graduate of the Atlanta University Center’s Dual Degree Engineering Program, earning B.S. degrees in Interdisciplinary Science and Mechanical Engineering from Morehouse College and the University of Michigan, respectively. Following his undergraduate studies, Bronson attained a M.S. in Systems Engineering and certificate in Financial Engineering while working full time for The Boeing Company. |
