As we've grown, I have invited several SeattleCoaches to become members of my faculty team. Each one is SeattleCoach Certified, each one is (or soon will be) a Certified Mentor Coach, and each one brings significant wisdom and experience (along with some personal panache) to our growing tribe.

La Tasha Byers, ACC, Associate FacultyI've spend over twenty years in Human Resources at publicly traded, privately held and nonprofit organizations. Those experiences span several industries including technolgy, automotive, agribusiness, retail and healthcare. Along the way, I've discovered my passion to help leaders realize their potential and to craft a life of purpose and efficacy early in the journey.
Prior to joining the SeattleCoach faculty, and beginning my work as an entrepreneurial coach, I was Director of Succession Managment at Microsoft, where I was responsible for strengthening the succession management strategy across the enterprise. Now, with my background as an HR business partner and in executive leadership development, I provide support and practical feedback in helping leaders to address barriers and unlock growth. |
As a professional coach I draw on knowledge acquired during 30 years as business leader. Throughout my career as a consultant for a large international professional services firm, I advised executives, managers, and entrepreneurs and developed a deep understanding of the qualities shared by effective leaders. The lessons I learned during those years inform my coaching and leadership development approach.
As a coach, I nudge my clients to stretch, and take risks. I hold them accountable to achieve their personal and professional goals. Through empathy and humor, I encourage them to step into their vision of the future. |

From an early age, I have dedicated my life to building a more empathetic and compassionate world . . . one leader, one team, one organization at a time. These days I work toward that goal by assisting others as they reestablish the "headwaters" of their lives. This means finding that space and place where vision runs clear, leading to a life-giving and compelling trajectory. My experience in working with high-level leaders and teams--as they become better communicators, are more effective in using conflict to move both themselves and their organizations forward, and as they gain clarity in the midst of transitions--has made me an insightful coach of individuals and groups, as well as a seasoned mentor coach.

Steve Sirich, Associate FacultyAs a general manager on the Global Advertising Business team at Microsoft, my business focus was to develop and manage the successful execution of the overall Microsoft Advertising marketing strategy. And in the latter part of my years at Microsoft, I pursued training and development in executive coaching through the guidance of SeattleCoach. This training expanded my management capabilities and encouraged me to become a more empowering and empathetic people leader. Following decades at Microsoft, I launched my coaching business, Pursuit Consulting and Coaching, and am engaging with both non-profit and for-profit sectors as a coach and consultant.
I’m delighted to be a member of this remarkable SeattleCoach Team. |
With over 20 years in the corporate world, I bring a breadth of experiences: career transitions, change management, project management, leadership development and work-life balance. I believe that connection and love are critical to a whole life. I work from a viewpoint of seeing my clients as whole people who deserve someone in their corner to cheer them on. I have a big heart and love using humor whenever I can.
Following my training with SeattleCoach, I earned the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation. In addition, I am a Certified Mentor Coach. My husband Jack, and our three children have taught me that, 'living an unconscious life is not an option.' |

Prior to working as a coach, I spent much of my career working in technology companies where rapid change is the norm. For 11 years, I focused on leading teams through reorganizations and rapid strategic change. I learned that coaching is key ingredient to accelerate learning in fast-paced environments. I’m passionate about working with individuals and teams to develop their capacity to learn and develop their capacity to do amazing work.
In addition to my executive leadership experience, I have furthered my understanding of leadership and organizational change. I have earned an M.A. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology. |
For over twenty years, I have focused on building thriving teams and organizations while working in marketing for organizations including Microsoft and The Associated Press. Most recently, I led the Marketing and Consumer Business Community Team inside Microsoft, where I developed a strong vision around leadership coaching and partnered with SeattleCoach to develop the Coaching for Leaders program. I am now following my passion as an entrepreneurial coach, focusing on helping my clients create more purpose and meaning in their lives. As a SeattleCoach faculty member, I bring my convictions, talents and experience in building "coaching cultures" to the coaches I train and develop.
I am visionary about the growth of leadership coaching. |
