Throughout my career as a consultant for a large international professional services firm, I advised executives, managers, and entrepreneurs and developed a deep understanding of the qualities shared by effective leaders. The lessons I learned during those years inform my coaching and leadership development approach.

As a coach, I nudge my clients to stretch and take risks. I hold them accountable to achieve their personal and professional goals. Through empathy and humor, I encourage them to step into their vision of the future.
