Professional Coach Training "Flagship" Cohorts

Back To Training

Through a blend of interactive learning, hands-on practice, and guidance from experienced mentors, you will develop the competencies and confidence to excel as a professional coach. Plus, our training fulfills the requirements for your certification by the International Coaching Federation.

And the best part? By joining SeattleCoach, you become part of a vibrant and supportive tribe of like-minded professionals. Our network of coaches spans across various industries and backgrounds, fostering a rich environment for collaboration, growth, and shared success.

Everyone gets a 222-page SeattleCoach Playbook that supports the framework for our two consecutive Modules:

Module I: "Doing the Craft"
Module II: "Being the Coach"

And between each of our sessions, coaches spend an hour in independent study and reflection, and another hour peer coaching with members of their Cohort. Each SeattleCoach Cohort lasts approximately eight months. Click here to review the requirements for professional certification via the International Coaching Federation.

Our next professional coach training Cohort will launch in September 2026, meeting most Wednesdays from 3-5pm (PT).

And, once you've completed Modules I and II, we invite you to start using the SeattleCoach Certified Badge right away with your social media and signatures.

The Badge links to a page that tells the world what you've accomplished and how you've prepared yourself to be called a professional coach--even before you get ICF letters behind your name.

That's it! Scores of SeattleCoaches with ACC or PCC or MCC behind their names are cheering for you.

Module III - Coaching Groups and Teams
At SeattleCoach we think well-coached groups and teams experience magical results. Plus, for many, participation in a topical coaching group or team is more affordable than individual coaching (looking at you Gen Z).
At SeattleCoach we think well-coached groups and teams experience magical results. Plus, for many, participation in a topical coaching group or team is more affordable than individual coaching (looking at you Gen Z). In this advanced cohort, we'll build on your foundational Key Skills, Coaching Presence, and the ICF's Core Competencies. If you're already an ACC or PCC ready to expand your work, we'd love to have you join us.
What to expect:
A team is a group in which the members have learned to trust each other. Following the ICF competencies and leveraging your work from SeattleCoach Modules I and II, we'll talk about finding the right members, and, through a progression of meetings, establishing alliances, agreements, and agenda. Accountabilities too. And along the way, you'll receive feedback from your veteran mentor coaches.
Program Structure:
We'll meet via Zoom twice a month for ninety minutes, beginning in October 2026. And between each session, we'll ask you to do an hour of independent study and peer collaboration.
Upon completion, we'll provide documentation for thirty hours of continuing coach education which can be used toward ICF Groups and Teams certification.
The Cost: $2500 (includes tax).
