Professional Coach Training

Back To Training

Your pathway to international credentialing and to a world-class community of coaches.

Are you a career professional who has already achieved exceptional success in your field? Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey to become a professionally credentialed coach? SeattleCoach invites you to join our world-class community of coaches and unlock your potential to make a profound impact on the lives of others.

Our training and development program goes far beyond a brief "tips, techniques, and tools" or academic workshop. It is a coaching-infused experience that will fundamentally change the way you approach leadership. We will guide you in discovering your unique coaching style and presence, empowering you to lead with authenticity and effectiveness.

As you progress through your journey towards mastery, you may uncover a new identity, a thriving community, and even a new career path or livelihood. Our program is designed to support your growth and help you realize your full potential as a coach.

The faculty and members of each Cohort collaborate on the schedule, usually completing training in eight to nine months. Some Cohorts are all-virtual, some are "blended" meeting sometimes in-person at our offices on Lake Union in Seattle, and sometimes virtually.

Take the first step towards becoming a professionally credentialed coach. Join SeattleCoach and embark on a transformative journey that will not only enhance your own life but also equip you to make a lasting difference in the lives of those you coach.

Now What?

Each February we launch new Module III Cohorts/Tracks, each one with a maximum of ten coaches. Each  Track meets for ten 2-hour sessions through the end of the year. And each one is designed with a specific focus as well as to help you to become increasingly fluent with the Key Skills, your personal presence, and of course, the ICF Core Competencies.

SeattleCoach Module III Cohorts are less about introducing  lots of new content (bring your Playbook!), and more about deepening what you know within the context of the ICF’s Core Competencies   + how you like to work. Plus, during any SeattleCoach Module III, we will observe and give live-action feedback to each member at least twice.
