Monthly Mastermind Gatherings with Patty Burgin

Back To Training

Drawing from her Northwest roots, Patty Burgin invites SeattleCoach veterans to join her in one of the following monthly gatherings. Which one fits this moment in your coaching career?

Monthly Mastermind Gatherings

Join us for mentoring, support, challenge & collaboration.

"The Campfire"
What's your experience of campfires? That's a question I've asked some of our veteran SeattleCoaches. And I've heard things like, "warmth, laughter, great conversation, silence, connection.

What's your experience of campfires? That's a question I've asked some of our veteran SeattleCoaches. And I've heard things like, "warmth, laughter, great conversation, silence, connection." And that's the purpose of this team that is designed for veteran SeattleCoaches to meet monthly for support, challenge, and maybe getting unstuck.

The Big Idea for 2025

A small SeattleCoach Cohort of ten (max) Module II graduate coaches. We'll meet monthly for support and challenge with a dash of supervision and case consultation--maybe even collaboration. Part mastermind, part life, members bring the focus to each meeting.

And because our focus is on the members rather than on new content, I won’t be offering ICF CCEUs.

As always, you’ll have the option of peer coaching ("bartered") with other members.

The Dates

We’ll meet virtually the last Thursday of most months, 3:30-5:00pm (PT), beginning on January 30. The link will be open at 3:15pm to help start the fire!

The Cost

$2,400

If you're in, please hit the link or send a check to the address below.

"CFL Vantage Points"
You know that moment when you're hiking and you and your friends arrive at a viewpoint--a vantage point? You stop to catch your breath, to enjoy the view and each other. Maybe you settle in and have lunch.

You know that moment when you're hiking and you and your friends arrive at a viewpoint--a vantage point? You stop to catch your breath, to enjoy the view and each other. Maybe you settle in and have lunch. It's not the end point of your hike, but it's a place to catch your breath and maybe reflect about which path you'll take next.

That's the metaphor for this team. It's designed for veteran SeattleCoaches who are ready to facilitate a SeattleCoach "Coaching for Leaders" (CFL) Program. We'll help you navigate the details: from initial conversations with sponsors to the dynamics of how groups of executive leaders can become teams of coaching leaders.

In 2025, Patty will meet with small groups of SeattleCoach graduates who are:

1. Eager to learn and facilitate the content and process of our Coaching for Leaders Programs.

2. And who want to experience a mastermind team where they can bring stories, opportunities, stuck points and growing edges. Patty and the team will bring the collaboration, mentoring and support.

We'll meet virtually, the third Thursday of the month through 2025. You can expect support and challenge, along with mentoring and collaboration. Part mastermind, part life, members bring the focus to each meeting. And because our focus will be on Patty's mentoring and the agenda brought by the members, "CFL Vantage Points" doesn't include ICF CCEUs.

As always, you’ll have the option of peer coaching ("bartered") with other members.

To participate in “CFL Vantage Points”

  • Most participants will be graduates of SeattleCoach Modules I and II
  • You must be interested in building your coaching practice via groups and teams and learning to give leadership to your own CFL program

The following notes and links have been developed and shared through the past months of CFL brainstorming with many of you. Think of them as sequential, each one foundational to the next as you create opportunities to lead CFL workshops for coachable sponsors, groups and teams.

CFL Facilitators' Video Note #1: Beginning the conversation with a sponsor

CFL Facilitators' Video Note #2: A One-Hour "Taster Session"

CFL Facilitators' Video Note #3: The Full CFL Overview + a Challenge!
