What's your experience of campfires? That's a question I've asked some of our veteran SeattleCoaches. And I've heard things like, "warmth, laughter, great conversation, silence, connection." And that's the purpose of this team that is designed for veteran SeattleCoaches to meet monthly for support, challenge, and maybe getting unstuck.

The Big Idea behind "The Campfire"

A small SeattleCoach Cohort of ten (max) graduate coaches meets monthly for support and challenge with a dash of supervision and case consultation--maybe even collaboration. Part mastermind, part life, members bring the focus to each meeting.

And because our focus is on the members rather than on new coach-specific training, I won’t be offering ICF CCEUs.

As always, however, members have the option of peer coaching ("bartered") with each other.

The Dates

We meet virtually the last Thursday of most months, 3:30-5:00pm (PT). The link is open at 3:15pm to help start the fire!

In January of the year, the window opens for re-upping and for new members to join. If you're in, please hit the link or send a check to the address below in December.

In addition to our training programs, we support organizations that are building coaching cultures. Our longest-running collaboration is our partnership with the Physician Leadership Development Program at Seattle Children's Hospital.

Our Coaches are graduates of our rigorous professional credentialing training, each coach listed below is SeattleCoach Certified.

Between October and March, you will have eleven sessions with your coach, including one with your manager as you get underway, and another when you wrap up.
