Rumeena is an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and UK-trained physician with 15 years’ experience of coaching. Rumeena has built a portfolio career as an ER physician, film producer, business owner, and coach.

Rumeena has personal experience of leaving her medical career when she felt an overwhelming loss of autonomy. Rumeena believes that "if I had a coach back then I would have made different, more thoughtful decisions about my career." As your coach, Rumeena will work with you to figure out your values, set goals and move you towards real changes in your life.

Rumeena is an expert in time management, burnout, leadership skills, executive presence, parenting and creating a healthy, sustainable professional life.

Rumeena lives in Seattle, Washington, with her husband (an anesthesiologist) and two daughters. She loves to play tennis and sing jazz.
