I am an executive and leadership coach with a passion for coaching individuals who seek to build their leadership capacity and bring out the best in the people and organizations they serve. I provide a safe space for leaders to identify strengths, reflect on values and insights, and take steps to become the leader they aspire to be.

Coaching agendas are deeply personal to each of my clients. Common themes in my coaching include communicating effectively, managing time, leading effectively in complex organizations, and transitioning to roles with greater responsibility.

I hold an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from the International Coaching Federation. My coaching experience includes Medicine, Software Development, Finance, Sales, and Customer Support. I enjoy singing in vocal group, hiking in the Northwest, and reading.
