I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and a practicing, board certified anesthesiologist with an international medical career spanning over 30 years. My experience as a national leader in academic medicine informs my coaching, which focuses on deep listening and creating a safe space for clients to explore and find alignment between their strengths, values and goals.

I coach physicians and business executives in developing personal leadership styles, growing and sustaining careers, and making meaningful transitions.

I have a master’s degree in medical education and leverage my experience as a medical educator leading programs to train physicians to coach and to leverage coaching in their leadership and educational activities.
