I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a practicing, board certified anesthesiologist with an international medical career spanning over 30 years. My experience as a national leader in academic medicine informs my coaching, which focuses on deep listening and creating a safe space for clients to explore and find alignment between their strengths, values and goals.

I coach physicians and business executives in a variety of areas, including developing a personal leadership style, growing & sustaining their careers and making meaningful transitions.

I have a master’s degree in academic medicine (MACM) and leverage my experience as a medical educator to create and lead groups and teams.
