From an early age, I have dedicated my life to building a more empathetic and compassionate world . . . one leader, one team, one organization at a time.

These days I work toward that goal by assisting others as they reestablish the "headwaters" of their lives. This means finding that space and place where vision runs clear, leading to a life-giving and compelling trajectory. My experience in working with high-level leaders and teams--as they become better communicators, are more effective in using conflict to move both themselves and their organizations forward, and as they gain clarity in the midst of transitions--has made me an insightful coach of individuals and groups, as well as a seasoned mentor coach.
