Ann Humes is an ACC certified coach who has spent her career learning what it truly takes to lead well. From senior roles in large corporations to owning and operating her own restaurant, she has experienced leadership from many angles and has come to believe that the mindset of the leader, no matter the size of the organization, shapes everything. At SeattleCoach, Ann serves on the operations team and faculty, leading cohorts and helping architect the curriculum. She also co-founded LIFT CoPilots, a business consulting practice supporting small business owners in building sustainable, thriving operations, and is developing coaching programs specifically for government and healthcare leaders. Ann is based in Sammamish, Washington, where she is also a civic leader and community builder.
