Once you've completed training with us, you're ready to move toward professional certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), these are the steps:

1. Complete Modules I and II for a total of 90 hours of coach specific training.
2. Log at least 100 hours with at least eight different clients (75% paid or bartered).
3. Complete three hours of individual mentor coaching (over a minimum of three months), usually with a member of the SeattleCoach training team, and usually after the close of Module II. You need a total of ten hours, and seven group hours are included in Module II.
4. Submit a 20"-30" recording to SeattleCoach for a final performance review with one of our assessors.

Once you've passed your performance review, we'll give you certificate to send with your application to the ICF. The cost of ICF membership if $175, and the cost of the application and final exam is $270, both paid to the ICF.
