The "PB&J" Project: Great Coaching Meets Brain Rules

This year John Medina and I (aka PB&J) are collaborating again to talk about our endless and shared curiosity about human RRBs (i.e. Ridiculously Relational Brains).

John and I have made a habit through the years of visiting a "traffic circle" (it’s way more complex than an intersection) that reflects:
  • My geeky expertise (coaching skills, behaviors, and presence) and
  • John's geeky expertise as the author of the Brain Rules books (the research behind why human brains like those things). ​
Our traffic circle has several on-ramps for both of us--and surprisingly few crashes!
