My faith isn't a filter I apply to coaching. It's the foundation I coach from. Having served as a Pastor of Innovation in the Bay Area and co-founded FaithTech as a founding board member, I've spent years at the intersection of calling, vocation, and human flourishing. That background shapes how I show up with clients. I believe every person carries inherent dignity and purpose, and my role as a coach is to help them discover and live into that. I don't impose a direction. I hold space for what's already true about them. For leaders in a faith-rooted institution, that means I can honor the spiritual dimension of their work without making it awkward or performative. Trained through SeattleCoach's ICF-accredited program, I coach with deep presence, genuine curiosity, and ethical care, and I draw on the Enneagram to help people understand their patterns, motivations, and stress responses. Whether someone is navigating a career crossroads, a hard relationship on their team, or a deeper question about what they're building and why, I'm comfortable going there. That's exactly the kind of coaching that serves leaders who operate from faith.
