I am a Professor at the UW School of Medicine in the Division of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, where I see patients at Harborview’s Liver Clinic.  I completed my coaching training in 2026 with SeattleCoach and hope to become ICF-certified soon.  At UW Medicine, I am the Chief Digital Health Officer, where I focus on strategic innovation for virtual care delivery and developing the digital front door. I have been a Christian for my adult life, having worked in medical missions in Africa and mentoring students through the Christian Medical and Dental Association. In my coaching, I draw on client’s inherent strengths and a supported inquiry process to help them grow in their career, to overcome work and life challenges and to forge a meaningful life plan.
