I am a Professor at the UW School of Medicine in the Division of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, where I see patients at Harborview’s Liver Clinic. I completed my coaching training in 2026 with SeattleCoach and hope to become ICF-certified soon. At UW Medicine, I am the Chief Digital Health Officer, where I focus on strategic innovation for virtual care delivery and developing the digital front door. I have had federally funded research for 20+ years, focusing on viral hepatitis, long COVID and telehealth. Through my administrative, clinical and research roles, I have gained a broad understanding of the challenges facing health care professionals and biomedical scientists.
In my coaching, I draw on client’s inherent strengths and a supported inquiry process to help them grow in their career, to overcome work and life challenges and to forge a meaningful life plan.
