My coaching approach is strength based and holistic. I will work with you to clarify what is important to you and how to leverage your considerable strengths to develop creative and sustainable approaches for your work and life. As a bit of background, I am a retired Pediatric Infectious Diseases Physician and Leadership Coach. I practiced at Seattle Children’s for more than 25 years and my academic career spanned basic science research to clinical education. I was fortunate to work with many wonderful people in the Department of Pediatrics, UW School of Medicine and at the national levels in leadership roles. Right now, I am a Professor Emerita at the University of Washington and am one of the UW Medicine Faculty coaches and continue to teach about coaching and leadership at the national level.
