Dr. Rachel Umoren is an executive leadership coach, certified through SeattleCoach, with experience in guiding new and established leaders through professional growth, career transitions, and organizational impact. As a faculty coach in the Department of Pediatrics Career Coaching Program and a former participant and coach in the Seattle Children’s Physician Leadership Development Program, she brings a deep understanding of leadership development in complex, high-performance environments.

Drawing on her background as a neonatologist, researcher, educator, and program builder at the University of Washington and Seattle Children’s Hospital, Dr. Umoren has led multidisciplinary initiatives, developed innovative programs, and driven change through technology-enabled solutions. Her work spans healthcare, research, global health, and organizational leadership, providing her with broad insight into the challenges leaders face as they navigate growth, influence, and transformation.

As a coach, Dr. Umoren partners with executives, emerging leaders, and high-potential professionals to strengthen leadership effectiveness, enhance strategic thinking, build resilience, and achieve meaningful personal and professional goals.
