Dr. Rachel Umoren is a Seattle Coach certified professional coach and faculty coach in the Department of Pediatrics Career Coaching Program,  and a past participant in the Seattle Children's Physician Leadership Development Program. She works at the University of Washington and Seattle Children's hospital as a neonatologist and her research focuses on ways to improve neonatal outcomes locally and globally through technology-based interventions including telemedicine and virtual simulation. She has experience in healthcare, research, program development and leadership. Her coaching focus is on partnering to identify strategies to grow and excel, both personally and professionally.
