Dr. Laura Richardson is an executive coach trained through SeattleCoach and a board-certified pediatrician. She partners with individuals to clarify their values and priorities, leverage their strengths, and make thoughtful, aligned decisions in both their professional and personal lives.

Dr. Richardson brings more than 25 years of experience as an academic physician to her coaching practice. Over the course of her career, she has served as a clinician, researcher, educator, fellowship director, program developer, and division director. This breadth of leadership experience informs her practical, nuanced approach to coaching. She is deeply committed to leadership development and supporting professionals through meaningful career transitions and is actively engaged nationally and locally in leadership development and career support efforts.
