For over 30 years, I have served as a clinician and medical leader including Medical Director of Harborview Medical Center for almost 17 years. One of the most meaningful aspects that I experienced in this position was the active engagement with medical professionals in their work on leadership development and communication. Continuing with this passion, I have trained with SeattleCoach and am now completing ACC certification. I am excited to partner with individuals to explore their professional goals. Through active listening and asking good questions, I strive to help people discover fresh insights based on their own personal strengths and values that can truly enhance their effectiveness as a leader.
