When Patty started training and developing spectacular men and women to be coaches in May 2008, she wasn't sure where this was going. What she did know was that she wanted to do two things.
First, she wanted to select, train and develop coaches in small batches: Coaches who would emerge as some of the best in the Pacific Northwest and beyond, coaches who would join her in raising the bar for this young/old profession--and who also longed to cultivate a depth of personal integrity and presence along with their coaching prowess. (Check.)
And second, she wanted to see if this unique tribe of like-minded allies and friends could grow together over time, creatively, optimistically and energetically. She knew from her early days of executive coaching that, when you're on your own, it can be extra hard to create work that delights people and allows you to do what you know you're called to do. Would these coaches connect, collaborate, challenge and support each other in the process--and have fun along the way?(Check.)
