You finished Module I and Module II. Maybe even earned your ACC. You loved this work. You've got the bug. You loved our Cohort model. You want to keep going. You want to complete or advance your ICF Certification.
(If this is you, keep reading)
Now What?
Since the beginning of SeattleCoach in 2008, we've found that our graduates come to the end of Module II and say, "That was nice. More please!"
Through the years SeattleCoaches have asked for further opportunities to practice, to prepare for credentialing and above everything else, to stay connected and continue to grow with the support of other great colleagues. Think of these advanced SeattleCoach Cohorts as mastermind groups, or communities of practice. Some members re-up every year. Remember? You promised at the end of Module II to never get isolated?
We have a menu of topics that could keep you connected and learning for a long time.
Each February we launch new Module III Cohorts/Tracks, each one with a maximum of ten coaches. Each Track meets for ten 2-hour sessions through the end of the year. And each one is designed with a specific focus as well as to help you to become increasingly fluent with the Key Skills, your personal presence, and of course, the ICF Core Competencies. Plus, during any SeattleCoach Module III, we will observe and give live-action feedback to each member at least twice.
These are the two tracks that will launch in February 2024:
Track #1. Coaching Groups and Teams.
Track #2: Coaching at the PCC Level. For coaches who have logged 200-300 hours with coachees, who have been awarded their ACC, and are ready to prepare for "upleveling" to the PCC level.
