My name is Patricia Burgin and I am a leadership and communication coach. And through the years I've enjoyed serving as a resource to leaders at CPI. I keep coming back at every opportunity because I'm so impressed with you guys and with your mission. I've watched you consistently invest in the human and social assets required by great companies. And in 2016, we did something historic together as CPI hosted a year of coach training and development for 17 of your key leaders. Each leader has now completed the coach-specific training required for international credentialing. And now we are in the process of launching a second CPI Cohort. On Friday, November 18, Katherine and other coaching leaders and I hosted a second "Introduction to the Coaching Mindset." This workshop was part of our plan to introduce a new round of key leaders at CPI to some of the core elements of leadership coaching. |
