You acquire the cognitive work on your own schedule, your own pace and in your own ways outside of our meetings. That allows us to use our time together to get hands-on in the task of assimilating what you’ve acquired. Come to each of our meetings ready to report what you've tried and what you've learned. And come prepared to play. And on a hunch several years ago, we started asking people who wanted to become better coaching leaders to put away their devices while we meet. This 15 minutes with Simon Sinek made us smile. And more recently, we love what this interviewee has to say about "How to Win at Zoom." |
