Since 2008, the SeattleCoach Professional Training and Development Company has been credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This designation is awarded to programs that follow the ICF's Definition of Coaching, Code of Ethics, and Core Competencies, and that meet professional standards for coach training programs established by the ICF.
Our Level 1 Track: Our Modules I and II "Flagship" Cohorts
SeattleCoach Module I and Module II (aka our Flagship Cohorts) fulfill the ICF's Level 1 requirements:
- The foundational 90 hours of synchronous/asynchronous accredited coaching education, along with 29 hours of peer coaching
- 10 hours of group and individual Mentor Coaching, and
- We administer a performance evaluation/assessment at or above the Associate Certified Coach credential.
Our Level 2 Track: Our Module III Advanced Cohorts
For SeattleCoaches who are renewing their ACC certification or upgrading to Professional Certified Coach (PCC), our Module III Advanced Cohorts fulfill the ICF's Level 2 requirements.
