These smart and attractive "SeattleCoach Associates" are advanced coaches who have earned my confidence.
I meet with them for an afternoon once a month for continuing education and case review. And as a team, they are growing towards mastery both in the craft of coaching and in their personal presence. These are the coaches to whom I tend to refer people when I get a little too busy.
Each one subscribes to the ethics and Core Competencies of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Each one is, or will soon be Internationally Certified by the ICF, and each one shares my philosophy and approach to individual and team coaching. They've made me a better coach and a better person and I admire each one immensely.
If you'd like to engage with a coach in 2017-18, I recommend any one of these professionals. My request is that you carefully review their links and then pick one or two to interview. I can pretty much guarantee that if you're coachable, you'll find a great match for yourself and for that thing you are ready to work on.
Coaches with an asterisk ( * ) next to their name have been awarded certification by the International Coach Federation. At SeattleCoach "certified" reflects competence and expertise, and it is deeply earned. Our rigorous coach-specific training is combined with the practice requirements of the three professional levels of "certification" awarded by the International Coach Federation: ACC, PCC and MCC. That's how we use the word.
These are our values and practices. Each one is baked into the way we develop each SeattleCoach:
Personal and professional integrity
Excellence in the craft of coaching via continuous growth, learning, practice and innovation
Work that requires all of us to be positive, flexible, inspiring, engaged and our best
Personal presence: Energy, intuition, optimism, hope, grit, zest, humor, playfulness, humility and curiosity
Fair costs, clear agreements, solid ROI, and generosity with our time whether we're coaching internally or externally
And a reputation that people will recognize and trust
