The SeattleCoach Professional Training Program

Coaching is a leadership movement.
All of our training is designed for accomplished professionals who know they are leaders, and who are ready to develop the craft of coaching as a part of their portfolio and identity.

Each piece happens in experiential, face-to-face training with a master coach, and through powerful
team-learning within a carefully chosen cohort of peers.

Continuing development as a team of Coaches

"Thank you, Patty, for creating such a tremendous, life-changing system with SeattleCoach!"

"Thank you so much for following your vocation.
You've opened up a world of opportunity for other people to find their path.
You have created magic."

A little history: We launched in May 2008 and to date, coaches from five cohorts are growing together as colleagues. My vision is that this alliance of coaches will grow in numbers and quality in the years to come--individually and together making a difference in the Northwest and beyond.
Pretty exciting.

If you are ready to develop the core competencies and essential presence
of a professional coach, I'd love to hear from you.

Here's what else is in the works in 2010
