As a training company, our programs are designed for accomplished professionals who know they are leaders, and who are ready
to develop the craft of coaching as a part of their portfolio and identity.
Each piece happens in experiential, face-to-face training with a master coach, and through powerful
team-learning within a carefully chosen cohort of peers.
Graduates continue their development as members of on-going mentorcoaching groups.
