The Cost of Coaching
"This was the best financial gift I've ever given myself."
Engineer
This is how I charge for individual coaching through the end of 2010When you're ready to get underway, I like to start with a complimentary twenty-minute phone interview during which we ask each other questions. Assuming we're a match, I will send you some questions and assessments to reflect on before we meet. At our first meeting, I ask that we plan on an hour and a half to assess your goals as well as your strengths and resources. My goal is for you to leave our first meeting with some greater awareness, increased focus and some action points.
As a part of our first meeting, we'll collaborate on a schedule. Most of my new clients plan on meeting weekly for at least three months. You can pay either with a credit card or by check.
- Our initial meeting (90 minutes): $250
- Meeting 3-4 times per month (45-50 minutes): $175 each meeting
- Meeting 1-2 times per month (45-50 minutes): $200 each meeting
- Coaching for coaches-in-training: $150 each meeting
Click here to go to my payments page for individual coaching. Most new clients click on the discounted "New Clients Package". And there's a package for "Established Clients" too.
When I'm doing executive, team and performance work with groups, teams and organizations . . .- My fees vary according to the nature of the work and the number of people involved. In our initial conversation, I will listen to your goals, get an idea of what your organization or team is like, and start collaborating with you about how we can best achieve your--and your larger system's-- outcomes. I will then write a proposal for you that maximizes how I think I can help.
I don't ask you to commit to long "contracts" even if we are working on long-term goals.
I do customize, collaborate and dig in with you for the long-haul.
