The SeattleCoach "Manager as Coach" (MAC) Workshops are designed for bursts of training and development for managers and directors. Workshops can be formatted to work with existing teams and colleagues, with leaders and their teams, and with leaders from multiple organizations. In MAC, Part I, we focus on:
Your personal presence in your system: Understanding both the big picture and how you come across
Living and leading from your core strengths and values
Leadership communication and related coaching skills
Team experience
Executive life balance
The workshop is designed for proven leaders who are ready to learn actively and to practice new skills and concepts in the real life that happens between sessions. We trust in the power of each coached group to support and challenge each member. Each meeting includes clear concepts and experiential team learning within a carefully chosen cohort of peers. We ask members to plan on an hour of reading, peer-coaching, listening and/or reflecting between sessions. Whether we meet on-site, at our offices on Lake Union or via tele-conferencing, the training team is reachable via email and phone between meetings.
